We have a concession that sells some hot food, Mini-Donuts, popcorn, chips, pop, candy and Slushies. For Parties, you are welcome to bring Pizza, cake and any other goodies. Please avoid sticky foods that may find its way to the gaming equipment.

The Arc Gaming Centre is offers VR Escape Rooms, VR Gaming and Experiences, PC and Console gaming including Xbox, PlayStation and Switch consoles, Driving simulator and Retro Acrcade games. We also have Cluetivity, an indoor/outdoor Escape Room - Scavenger Hunt style game, using the power of Augmented Reality. In addition we offer table games including Pool and Tocce. We also have a concession including cold drinks and hot food.

We are located in Centenoka Park Mall in Salmon Arm. As we are open later than the mall hours, we have access at the back of the mall off 3rd Ave SW.

We have a Pool table and Tocce tables. These can be booked separately from the VR gaming and PC/Console gaming. There is no time limit for Pool, but we do ask you to use our fair use policy if others wish to play as well.

Gift cards can be purchased at the Arc Gaming Centre in person.

Online Booking is for our VR Experiences. During the booking process, you can bypass the payment option and pay in person when you arrive using any discounts, coupons or gift cards.

He have a variety of group sessions including Birthday Parties, Team building and Corporate Events. For Birthday Parties, go to the Birthday Packages under the Group Menu, and select the 4 or 8 party option. add extra guests, if required and complete the booking process. For Teams, Corporate events or larger groups, please call us and we will be happy to assist your reservation.

We have both booths and an open area for VR use. Each playing area is approximately 10'x10'

We have a variety of headsets which are designed to accept a large majority of glasses. However, some larger frames do not always fit. Some people also prefer comfort over usefulness and take them away. We, therefore, recommend wearing contact lenses when possible.

Yes, Typical VR game slots are 1 hour long, If you finish a game early or wish to switch to another game within your 1 hour session time slot, let our host know and he will be happy to assist you.

The minimum recommended age is 8 years old. Why? Quite simply because the headset may not adapt to the heads of the little ones and the complexity of the experiences requires a certain dexterity with the joysticks that the younger children do not necessarily have. Children below this age are always welcome, but they may not fully enjoy their experience. Please consider your child’s individual capabilities before making a booking. Some games may be too scary or difficult for your child to understand.

Virtual Reality, often abbreviated "VR" for "Virtual Reality" is a computer-generated environment that lets you explore almost anything you can imagine. This is not sitting on couch at home. With a VR headset and motion controls, you have to physically interact with the world around you. This means you can traverse and interact with incredible landscapes. Become the super hero you have always wanted to be. Play any sport you want any time of year. People of all ages are coming together at the Arc Gaming Centre.

You can also use our online reservation software. Browse through our library of VR Escape Rooms and Experiences click the Book Now option to reserve your experience. We welcome walk ins. But due to high demand, we recommend making a reservation.

Virtual Reality is designed for everyone. We have helped people from ages 7-90 get into VR. Some experiences are as simple as watching a movie, while others will make you sore the next day and take you hours to master. Our hosts will walk you through the entire VR setup and introductory process, so you will not feel left alone. Then, they will recommend content based on what you want to explore.

Red grid lines will appear within the VR Game when you are near the edges of the play area. These will warn you when you are close to the walls.

The optimal Virtual Reality experience requires guests to move their entire body, but we can accommodate most skill, mobility and cognitive levels for a range of guests, and our facility is wheelchair accessible. We have helped people with all ranges of body limitations, stress or anxiety, autism, and social skills. The whole family can now come together in one place. ​ However, be sure to consult your doctor before using any Virtual Reality equipment if you have pre-existing serious medical conditions (such as a heart ailment or epilepsy). Should you feel uneasy or nauseous at any point, please take off the headset and inform our host immediately.

There are Educational experiences that take you to another planet or inside the body. We also have fitness based games that are meant to raise your heart rate and burn calories.
